The wait is finally over! Director Harish Shankar has received a green signal from Power Star Pawan Kalyan. After a long pause, the director chose to revisit Ustaad Bhagat Singh. During this time, he refined the script and gave it a fresh edge. Now, with Pawan Kalyan’s approval, the project is back on track.

Director Harish Shankar confirmed that Ustaad Bhagat Singh will go on floors this June. Breaking away from earlier assumptions, he clarified that it’s not a remake. Instead, he wrote a fresh and original script to present Pawan Kalyan in a completely new and stylish avatar.

Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar will produce the film under the Mythri Movie Makers banner with a massive budget. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is composing the soundtrack, while Sreeleela plays the female lead.
