While early reports indicated that Allu Arjun was set to play the lead, a recent cryptic post by producer Naga Vamsi on June 11 has sparked fresh speculation about Jr NTR stepping into the role of Lord Karthikeya.

Sharing a Sanskrit verse on X (formerly Twitter), Naga Vamsi captioned it with the line, “My most favourite Anna as one of the most powerful gods.” Interestingly, the verse began with the name Karthikeya, with the word ‘Skanda’ notably underlined. Given Naga Vamsi’s known admiration for Jr NTR — whom he frequently refers to as his ‘favourite Anna’ — the post has led fans to believe that Jr NTR might now be leading this highly anticipated project.
